Munchery - Fresh Food Delivery App Reviews

This app has been great until the last update or so. Every time I try to add an item to my cart a blank white screen appears that blocks all input unless I force close the app. This makes the app completely useless to me as it prevents me from being able to order any meals. Please fix, Im hungry.

Great design. User friendly. Only wish they used standard iOS elements and didnt pull so much from mobile web. Other than that, its a pleasant experience.

Have used this app many times, around 20% of the time delivery estimate is completely wrong or they deliver the wrong meal. To make matters worse, I have emailed customer service 5 times and NEVER received a response.

"Hmm I will try this app and order dinner tonight" "What is this baloney, Munchry, on my credit card for $8.95?" I never signed up for membership. Unethical.

Munchery is a decent service decent quality. But this app is AWFUL. Full of bugs, freezes, app closes, etc. Useless app.

The app is very well designed and easy to use. The smaller menu items has helped to make ordering easier and the one page checkout is great.

App works well, but the main point here is the food AMAZING!

Why release in Canada if I cant sign up for the service? Can only enter ZIP code when signing up. Devs should remove the app from sale in territories that are not supported yet.

This app is an easy way to order food from Munchery. It has all the photos and nutrition information from their website. The service itself is a nice convenience when youre too tired to meal plan/grocery shop/cook.

We just had our second baby and cant find time to cook right now so we literally order every day now!! The food is always great and the service is wonderful. App is super easy to use. Highly recommend!!!!

If you are still doing the thing where you stay over your bfs place sometimes, but find a) he has no food, b) you dont feel like cooking because who wants to cook after a long day of work and not even at your own space, and c) seamlesss definition of healthy in your area is falafels, then get the app. Its easy to use, surprisingly cheap, and the food does not insult you by tasting like crap all in the name of fresh and healthy dishes. Im probably getting a membership next.

Simple, fast and the food is great !

The app works great, the food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, delivery is on time. We have ordered from Munchery about a half-dozen times. Only once was our order delayed, and in that case we were kept up-to-date by text until our food arrived. The delivery people are friendly and professional; the chefs are obviously excellent. While we cant treat ourselves this way all the time, Munchery is a huge help in dealing with the daily "what to do for dinner" thing.

Everything Ive ordered has been delicious! Fair pricing for the entrees but the drinks and desserts are a little pricy. And the kid meals are more than enough for a kid, an adult would be full and satisfied.

Never any issues with the app. Super tasty food from a great company. I have been a customer since their 1st week. Tasty food, environmental packaging (they set the standard) and *employees* delivering the food, not contractors. Whenever there has been a glitch theyve taken care of it asap. Highly recommended

Im so happy to have Muchery in my life! Excellent Service. Food is always perfect and always on time. They even throw in some bottles of water from time to time.
