TERRIBLE

This app is AWFUL. I had already downloaded the app and created a login, but had never used it to order food. I received an email promotion from Munchery that looked interesting so I decided to try ordering from the app for the first time. Every time I would try to log in (I tried via Facebook—having already given Munchery permission—AND via email), and it would either:
a. ask me to give Facebook permission again and redirect me to Facebook where I then got the message that I had in fact already authorized Munchery
OR
b. it would simply take me back to the home screen and when I clicked on my cart or the menu, it asked me to log in again.

It was a promotion I was interested in, so I attempted to place my order several times (at least 5) through the app, and each time was just repeatedly prompted to log in again. Horrible experience. I just gave up and ordered from the website to take advantage of the deal, but had there not been that incentive, I absolutely would’ve ordered from Doordash or Postmates like I usually do. I will not be a returning customer to Munchery. Just an awful experience and a huge waste of time.
