App/customer service need work

Would be zero stars for app/customer service but Good food and good idea (Blue apron meal box clone)
The app never works, its basically a website skin yet consistently works much worse than the regular mobile site and customer service is very poor and unresponsive. The food itself is great and the menu and recipe cards that accompany are fairly well executed.
Will update rating after giving some time to get it together
